    Default Worth bidding on?

What are anyone's thoughts on this one?

I'm looking for a larger wedge, as I'm not sure my DOVO is as heavy as my chin whiskers are wiry. Whipping it into shape is not too big of a deal. I'm very patient. er... sometimes...

Well, did you bid on it and get it? I would have been hesitant to bid because they dont take paypal.

zomax is a member here, i suspect he may have higher bid than those extra 50c. you'll probably have more success using a sniping software yourself.
this being said, i don't think your problem is the full ground. if it pulls it's not sharp enough and it's easier to hone than a wedge. if you need heavier blade or stiffer edge, it's probably your technique that needs improvement. don't get me wrong - a wedge may end up being easier for you just by compensating for your poor technique/lack of sharpness. personally i think when you start to learn you should stay with a full hollow for months until you improve your technique sufficiently.
but nothing wrong with looking for a wedge - i have several myself but mostly for the history and the fun of it.

Thanks for the advice. My DOVO doesn't feel like it's pulling, and it's really smooth everywhere but right on the bottom edge of my chin (where the hair is the most wiry), and it doesn't pull there as much as it kinda skips, but there is always a few of the thickest hairs still there, even after my ATG pass.

That said, my chin still gets shaved smoother than I ever had with a cartridge razor, just not as smooth as the rest of my face.

Sorry. I got the razor. I bid $29.00 and didn't think I'd get it. Twenty seven bucks doesn't buy a whole lot any more. The rear scale has a big worm hole in it and, to tell you the truth, if I had noticed they didn't take Paypal, I wouldn't have bothered with it.

Meh, no worries. I hadn't even noticed that they didn't take Paypal, so it was probably a good thing.
