I have one. took a long time to arrive ~4 weeks.
All that I have read from folk who have this brush from this same vendor has been VERY positive.
I speak VERY well of it.
Get one.

Thanked: 1I got one from this vendor just last week, moving up (and it was up!) from a $30 Vulflix Best Badger. Considering the brush shipped from Shanghai, it arrived pretty quickly, and the vendor sent me messages updating me when it shipped. It's a lot bigger than my best badger, with a bigger knot and a big loft. It's softer and holds a huge amount of water and shaving soap, in fact, I've had to do a lot of experimenting to get the ratio of water and soap right.
I'm sure it isn't up to the quality of those $100 plus Rooneys and what not, but it's sure a nice brush for the price!

There have been a bunch of these brushes going up recently. They are imported directly from China and like everything else that comes from there they are dirt cheap. Most guys seem to like them.

As an update, the one I ordered, the brush came out of the handle and I had to super glue it back...

Silvertip Badger
I got one of these from the Ebay store. I also got one of their razors (Double Arrow). They arrived in a couple weeks. I bid $22.95 for the brush (shipping was additional-don't remember)
It is a good brush, well worth the money. The bulbing (?) is made by bunching, then pushing up from the center before it is glued together.
I cleaned it with dish soap and Borax and started using it about two weeks ago. I have used it daily. It has a substantial bloom to it. There is little hair loss with shaving; it flexes well, remains soft, and is not floppy; and it holds a lot of water. It measures about 22cm around the base. The brush handle is finished well, feels solid, and has a good weight to it.
I am enjoying the brush and have a number of good quality brushes to compare it with. I have no remorse with this purchase and would buy it again.
I suspect it will provide a good number of years of service.
I hope this helps.

Yeah Headdoc. How is the razor? I hadn't heard of them..But the brush was a real pleasant surpeise to me. Will the razor be a pleasantry?

Double Arrow
I am a newbie at honing. However, I have successfully honed @ 15 razors. I did try an experiment with this using Tim Zawada's technique and botched it. I have not gotten this shave ready and have not really put more then a little time with it. However, others have had no trouble with them. Hell, for $8.00 you just can't go wrong so I just ordered one with the brush.
The pinning did need to be finished (ground down) and tapped to get tight. The finish is not so hot.
This razor is exactly the same as the Sanguine (they must just have put their branding on it). I just got two today (@ $21.00 ea) and they were almost shave ready when I got them. I just did about 50 laps on a green pasted strop and they passed the HHT. I have not shaved with them but will tomorrow.
I plan on reworking the Double Arrow tomorrow and will repost to let all know how they turn out. Hope this helps.

Double Arrow
Maybe someone else can get this shave ready, but I just cannot. I did the MMT and ground the spine down to even on a 1k. Then went through the process of getting the bevel on that. It had the bevel feel on my thumb. Proceeded to the 4/8k and worked it through an aggressive pyramid, then to the 12k, then the .5 strop to the leather strop. It had that feel on my thumb for a while but did not build in that to HHT.
I repeated more carefully but it did not work for me. I don't think I'll waste any more time on this. I give the Double Arrow a double thumbs down-
