Welcome to the Auction Talk Forum. Your moderator for this forum is Str8razor. I also am the keeper of the names for the “Ebay Names” thread. I have several books that deal with different brands of razors and some that have the history of razors. I shave with a straight razor, collect, hone, restore and have sold and purchased several straight razors on eBay. If I can I will help you with your concerns about razors or eBay things.

This forum is basically for conversation and questions about razors on an auction whether it be eBay or wherever.

You may insert a link to the razor you are concerned about and then make comments or ask questions about it.

I am not going to clutter up the place with a bunch of rules as it seems that you guys have done rather well in keeping it a civil forum.

I do ask that you do the following:
1. Do not post your links in the RAZOR forum as it is for educating one about razors.
2. We are here to help one another in a friendly, civil and informative manner so please do not post adverse comments as they do nothing to help anyone. We are here to have fun with our hobby/obsession of straight razors.

Also, you may have noticed that there have been several changes in the SRP format and a few additions to it and there are more to come. These are happening with the idea of making this the best razor forum out there; I hope that you are enjoying them.
Also, if you have any ideas that will aid in our attracting new members or improving something please feel free to contact me or any other moderator with them. I/they will go to the Administrators and discuss your ideas with them.
