I really thought my snipe was high enough...I must have bumped it up 5 times over the course of the auction...I really wanted these

I've lost a few auctions too... you will put in a bid that you think is fair and ...BAM!...someone outbids you with a ridiculous bid...even worse when it's a bid just 5.00 over yours...

I put in a bid for the Tiffany sterling silver razor on ebay a couple of days ago, but the last minute sniping put it way out of my comfort zone.

It's snipe AND be sniped , on ebay . Sometimes you win , and sometimes you lose .

Thats exactly what it was, $5.00 over my max. I went higher than I ever thought those razors would go for...I guess I underestimated the market right now.

I saw that Tiffany razor, it was nice...sorry you missed it

Those are some very nice razors, that's one you never want to keep looking at in you watched list after it's gone.
