    The way things have gone on ebay the last few months who knows. The collecting /shaving hobby must be booming, most of the prices anymore are ridiculous. I wonder if the 3rd edition of the Standard guide has anything to do with it, their value/ pricing formula seems rather convaluted.

    that and ebay bidding wars I think. The sellers see one razor, that someone has been in a bidding war over, sell for 200 dollars, then they think their razor that looks just like it must be worth 200 dollars or more.

    I bought one of those from that same seller a few months ago, ended up selling it on the BST (not because I didn't like it)...nice razor and a great seller. He has them regularly, and also has other NOS Revisors...check ebay.de...
