    Default I won a scuttle!!!

I won the above scuttle on the bay. Hope I'm doing this right in posting it this way. If there are any problems, let me know.

But anyway, the scuttle looked pretty cool and had some nice colors, even if it has a bunch of flowers on it. But hey, I like my Wild Rose and Violetta soaps, so I figure a flowered scuttle can't be all bad.

Nice scuttle, but I think it clashes a little with your avatar!

I snagged a scuttle off the bay last year. I use it everyday. It sure is nice to re-lather with a nice warm lather.

Thanks for the insight. I doubt that Eddie (my avatar) will mind about the flowers. He is British, after all....

So, on a scuttle like this, how exactly is it used? I assume the hot water is placed in the bottom and perhaps the steam goes up through the holes in the cup to keep the lathered brush warm? I would hazard a guess that it wouldn't keep lather extremely hot.
