    Default Set of Silver Razors

I found these rather special Wunderschönes altes Paar Rasiermesser Silber-Sheffield bei eBay.de: Silber, 800er- 925er (endet 26.05.08 18:00:22 MESZ)

Anybody an idea of what they're worth ?

Is it possible to get them clean again ?

I have no idea what they would be worth, with sterling silver scales who knows.
As far as cleaning the scales, plain baking soda will clean sterling pretty quick, you could use a toothbrush to get into the grooves.

I've seen other razors with sterling handles go for a few hundred dollars on ebay, have to keep in mind even if they don't want the razor the silver scales can be turned in for money - they have a significant value just by themselves.

I'm sure they'll clean up like any other metal with some polish and a little time spent on them.
