Thanked: 0Another Reaper on the bay
RARE VINTAGE LIFETIME DUBL DUCK STRAIGHT EDGE RAZOR - eBay (item 160251790061 end time Jun-21-08 10:39:36 PDT)
Weird to see another one so soon. The scales look great but the blade is a bit rusty.

Thanked: 0I am often amazed by just how stupid people can be. I look at the auction and the pics and I say to myself there is no possible way that guy could honestly believe there is no rust on that blade. It is obviously covered in rust, just not "red" rust. But then I am reminded of the old saying "Never ascribe to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity."

Most people think of rust on steel being red in color, but try getting them to explain the various "stains". Just the same I'd like to know how many of you have your snipe set.
I noticed the seller was tired of all the questions, maybe from now on we should gang up on the percieved less scruplous(?) ones and give them a run for their money. Maybe make it an alert.Last edited by nun2sharp; 06-18-2008 at 05:45 PM. Reason: second thoughts-the most dangerous kind

Thanked: 0That is double weird! There were no bids and no "Buy It Now" price. Suddenly the auction ends with a "Buy It Now"?? Somebody must have talked him into adding a low buy it now price and then snapped it up well below market.
