    With 6 hours to go the hone is at $660 (Aus) so it met the expectation of the seller. Can't wait to see what the final snipe might be!

    If I see any of yooze at an antique store and you spot one of those HONES before I do, I'm pushing you out of the way to buy it first. It's Ebay city if I ever spot one.

    Ok, ok, I'd be gentlemanly and yell out "Look at that DD Grim Reaper in mint condition for only $10 over there!!!" instead.

    Chris, no need to spend a lot on a Norton hone. Here is one going at a bargain price with three days left to go.
    Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

    Wow, can you imagine selling a barber hone in that condition for that price? Amazing.

    Don't you get the feeling that there are probably a whole bevy of barber hones we use that would do a better job on their axes than that dual grit Norton stone?
