    Default What in the World?!?!?!

I don't usually comment on high eBay listings but since I've sold more Friodurs on eBay than anyone else in the last few years, I think I have a good idea of their worth. This is definitely NOT what I expected. If this is a legitimate sale, the seller should be doing backflips and I need to start offering more of my Friodurs for sale. Click HERE.

As a seller you just have to love those "nibblers" that drive up the price. On the other hand, I have to wonder what the high bidder was thinking?
Nibblers are the reason I rarely bid on a razor, I'll use a snipe program and bid in the last three seconds.

That price is totally insane. A NOS 8/8 worked back could be had for less, or you could get one in custom scales from shaving shop for about the same amount. Then again, there is always something or other that sells for way too high while similar items can be had for a steal in under the radar listings.

It's all relative because prices fluctuate. You might have more interest one day and another day, no one is interested. Also, certain models are rarer than others. I'll list the price ranges at which my listings have sold on eBay. In parentheses is the usual price, +/- $5.

    4/8: $75 - $120 ($80)
    5/8: $69 - $120 ($115)
    6/8: $105 - $200 ($185)
    7/8: $190 - $215 ($205)
    8/8: I don't sell these razors - too precious.

It ended at $430.99. Excuse me as I go take photos of my Friodurs now.
