This is exactly right. Add to that. when I snipe, as I did earlier today, if I haven't gone high enough I lose and I haven't the time to get in another bid. If I didn't snipe I would have the temptation to keep increasing my bid. As it was I didn't get the item but I have the money and I didn't need the razor.
