    Well, I have this one:

Harbor Freight Tools - Quality Tools at the Lowest Prices

and it's actually pretty good. Believe it or not, the flatness is okay on it, too. I should know, because I've tested it. I have some 1x6 stones that I flattened on the diamond block, and then I redrew a grid and flattened them on 3m wet/dry 800 grit paper on a granite reference surface plate, and there was no remarkable difference.

I've rebeveled quite a few razors on this, and it does a great job setting a bevel. The grits are 200, 300, 400 and 600, and I've been more than happy.

Maybe I just got a good one, who knows - but I can say that I've been using it for almost two years or so now, and it's still going strong.

    My .02.

(P.S., these diamonds are polycrystalline and do break down over time, but mine are well used and still cutting quickly.)
