+1 Red! Most have no idea what the razor is all about. I'm sure they realize the rennaisance taking place in straight razor shaving and are hoping to capitalize on the market forces. But they have no knowledge, which means those types are rather short lived or extremely dissapointed and left with the crappy ones they can't dump. Except to others who have no knowledge and are buying them as an investment. Investment in what is a good question. When I send the seller a question about blade size I have learned to explain to them what measurement I am interested in. Somehow they haven't figured out that no one really cares how long the entire razor is or how long the blade is.

Good as new. It'll look something like this when you're done.

    That's a good one!

I find it amusing when I see things like this, where the seller has this idea of straight razor collectors who just like to buy razors and put them in a case. Where you see a serrated edge described as "great for any serious collector." One day I would love to see someones collection of old rusty blades proudly displayed behind glass. Then I would pull out my shiny W&B wedge in blonde horn scales and start popping hairs with it.
