Isaacs Razor on ebay. Any info?

Can anybody give me any info on this razor which is listed on ebay just now?

Not sure what part of the blade is sterling, but the description made me cringe
Nice clean american blade, should be at least decent.

Seller may have been referring to the bolsters as sterling silver
