Some one hop on this one before it gets away ....
A true antique!
From part of the description: The razor itself fols [sic] open, it has a full tang. It does still open and close. The metal itself now has a rusty patina which adds to the character, but you can also restore it to give it a neweer look. I think it looks great as it is!

A serrated straight razor, for those pesky whiskers that a regular straight razor will never catch
