One Black Demon, Two Round Points, and a Pink Scaled Soligen Razor
I just wanted to share some of my recent buys. Well, the Black Demon isn't a new buy, but I love it none the less.
Here's the Black Demon. I've taken it apart, sanded it, and repinned it with using the adjustable pins guide here. I want to learn to pin scales just using some brass rod eventually. I'm currently working on getting it shave ready.
This busy is a Hamburg Ring and a Joseph Allen & Sons. I've not gotten them yet, but I thought I got a pretty good deal on them. I've been wanting to buy a razor that I didn't have to do much, if any, restoration on at all. I just wanted to get right to the honing. And here I got two.
And the last one is an EIG Cutlery by Soligen. I expect to get it by Monday or TuesdayI couldn't find any info on EIG but this razor seemed to call to me. There appears to be some patina, but I can live with that.

G'day BBWulff. I love my Black Demon too. Shaves great.
The others should serve you nicely as well. The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.

The EIG did come today. I don't think I'll have to take it apart. There's pitting, but there's not rust. It felt a bit gummy, like a toy a child's played with, but a good cleaning and polish will do it wonders.
Does anyone know anything about EIG. It seems like they make kitchen knives.
