Default Ebay filtering and notification questions

Is there a way in some Ebay user control panel to list keywords for things you're looking for and have Ebay automatically EMAIL you if current listings match those keywords? Rather than logging into Ebay to check?

    Thanks

Yes search for the item you want, then save the search, it will bring up a box to set the saved search and email you when more come up....
Such as "straight razor dubl duck" then everytime a DD pops on ebay it will send you an email

I do a search on ebay for straight razors. It will come up as "best match". I change that in the drop down menu to "newly listed". I then do another search within that category and type in "Puma" for example. A pop up appears saying "save this search" with an option to either save or not along with a tab to specify that you can receive an email when any new item is listed if you choose. The search will be saved in your "My ebay" favorite searches. I have a few in the straight razor catagory and in "strops and hones".
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
