    the fist is a wade and butcher 7/8 the scales are ugly shaped but i think i can sand them into a shape that looks good.

    and the second well i dont know what it is haha.

    It looks like somebody replaced the scales on the W&B, blade looks great! The solingen looks brand new, congrats!

    i got the wade and butcher yesterday and it is pitted quite badly and needless to say i need to make new scales the guy actually used a nail as a pin these are the worst made scales i have ever seen i spent two hours sanding last night and i just cant get the pitting to leave.
    any ideas (i dont have a dremmel nor can i afford one)

    180 is the lowest i used all the way through 1500

    I think it can take 10-20 hours hand sanding to clean those up. But they are wicked cool when you get them clean enough.
