I think the scales look like bone or ivory rather than celly, even the relief looks hand carved. mayne not eh? the blade is...... joke nailed it

It is quite obvious to my trained eye that razor was stropped to the point of overheating the edge causing a distinct FIN . What more can I say ?
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
