It would be speculative to put a price on it, but if you want it, i'd allow a few $. It's very nice & i think it'll attract a few bids.

Ray, I saw one of these go for about $50+ just a few weeks ago. I was outbid. (Drats!)

The one I saw was not nearly in as good shape and I do not believe it came with an original box.

I love the color of the scales.

Oh, BTW, I'm not bidding on this one. I've been cut off.

Yeah, i saw the other one. Great scales! Buddell has four for sale on his site. So if the bidding goes too high there's always a fall back for you both!

    Have a look.

My mistake, they're only scaled with gold bug scales. Very nice, all the same.

I won a rescaled vintage Henckels from him yesterday (I love going on ebay during the Superbowl!), and inquired about the Gold Bug. Manfred wants $100 to end the auction early. It appears NOS, but that's more than I want to pay. If anyone wants to go for it, you can email him.

I don't think $100 is a bad price at all. It's mint condition and honed. I'm just thinking what $100 gets you mint and honed these days. Of course, the cheaper the better
I put them on the watch, so we'll see.

NOS Gold Bug? I would think $100 easy. Excellent shavers. Ask if it still has all the gold wash, including on the spine. I once owned one that Traveller had restored.
