Default Dinky 2" Weltmeister razors - what are they?

I saw these 2" razors being sold by our Polish friend classic_razor on ebay. I got it into my head that maybe I can use one on the tricky part of my neck where I can't quite get a 3" blade to do the job perfectly, maybe also for travel use? Anyway, couldn't resist, so I bought one.

What do you think they were made for?
Corn razor? Doesn't look the right shape I think.
Apprentices sampler? (Like the way apprentices used to make miniature furniture to demonstrate thier skills)?

Maybe it's a coochie razor but I don't think they did that kind of thing 40 years ago!

Maybe I should post a link in the "project coochie razor" thread?

EDIT> Lol, I just noticed the auction text:
produced from the old Solingen forge Otto Busch
So it's definitely a bush razor!

When I was filleting my face just yesterday, I was thinking that a three inch blade is too long for me--I'd like to try a smaller one to see how it works.
