I saw this one come up. Start price was $100 with a BIN of $145. It was a bit high for me, but I was thinking about it... auctions for similar blades have gone way higher.

I was just wondering if it was a forum member that snagged her. If so, congrats.

not me, didn't see it, but don't know if I could have brought myself to hit the buy it now on it. although it does look good and says it's over an inch. hard to find at a good price. I can see it going to 200+ if they hadn't hit the BIN.

Not me. None of my large blades went for more than 10% of that price. CarrieM would kill me if I paid that for a blade when similar were had for a fraction.

She is fine with this one though. It's the only one since the Boker set.

Not me either. I recently paid a bit more for one, and got a lot less of one.
