Is this Filly worth $100?
This filly #14 (#230326698438) appears to have been short by about 20mm or was it make that way?

That looks shortened to me. But a short blade can have advantages, when it comes to manuverability, so that might be an added value to someone. To my eye, it also makes the blade look wider, and I'd count that as a plus.

I was watching this one hoping to get it cheap (under $50) and have it rescaled.

I like short blades too. My current favorite is a 2.5" Genco Registered and I cut down a toe chipped Gracie returning it to usefulness. That being said, the seller in this case flatly states that this is unused, NOS.
I charge deception! Guards!
Take him away!

Cut-down 7/8 Filly
It sold for $104. It does look short, at least compared to my #13 which goes all the way to the end of the handle almost. As for the descriptions, they sell a lot of these NOS Filarmonicas, and the descriptions are pretty much the same for all of them, just not too familiar with the language. This one went for cheap, though, compared, so the size must have been apparent to others as well.

Short Filly
And today they have a #14 for sale that measures 7.1 cm vs 6.6 for the one in question. That seems to settle the issue of length.
