Could pay off... price per razor isn't all that bad. Then again, pics aren't great either, and that is a fair bit of money to front (at least, IMO).

The problem is I already have a collection. Looks like most people thought it's a bit too much, but the seller sold few of the smaller lots (cheaper per razor on those as well).
It's a $175 gamble in my book and I'm trying to avoid these.
I noticed their safety razor lot is quite expensive too (not sure about current prices, but I sold a couple of these travel gillettes at $10/piece individually in a travel cases too). I'd say the seller has no idea and is just slapping random prices.

I actually picked up one of the smaller lots. It was $9 per razor, and there were some nice names in there. Again, photo's weren't great, but I thought the blades looked pretty good. My main concern is that only one side of each can be seen. But I figure even if only three turn out to be any good, that's still worth it.

I don't follow. The linked auction didn't sell. Did you buy a different lot from that seller or something?

Yeah, it was a lot of 12 with a meat chopper . Probably paid too much for it.

Ah, I had been looking at that set as well, but decided one was enough. Your lot actually has better pics than the one I got, and I don't think you overpaid. What is that, about $15 pre razor? Should be totally worth it; there are some nice blades in there.
