I can't provide you with a paper copy (not even a xeroxed one - bright light damages old paper) but I took photo's of all 46 pages of the eleventh edition of 1830 (a reprint of the second edition of 1799). Quality could be better, but I it's readable.

Here you can find full pics (warning: zip-file of 96 MB)

And here are cropped and resized pics (zip-file of 15 MB)

Thank you Oldengaerde for being so generous and sharing this booklet with us. I hope everyone realizes the value of this rare edition and the price they would have to pay if they were to purchase it.

    Regards - Walt

A huge thank you from me, too. In addition to the author's expertise and command of the English language, he has a dry sense of humor which I like as well.

    Thank you for this!

Could someone please make this a Sticky, or more likely, put a copy of it into the help files or please just do something to ensure that this one does not get lost in the deep recesses of old threads?

The proper place for it is in the wiki, no mod help necessary for this.
May be a good idea to check with dwessell since it's fairly large, or perhaps even shrinking it further if possible through better compression.

And all the rest of the help files/documents that are not yet there should go to the wiki as well.
