    Default Nifty blued Dovo

    I've always liked Dovos, never had one of the blued ones so I'm going for this guy:
    Dovo Black Star - Slightly Used - eBay (item 260372611497 end time Mar-12-09 19:39:30 PDT)

    prolly dull as a butter knife, but I'm looking forward to the honing.

    anyone ever picked one of these up to know if they are carbon or stainless?

    Black stars are factory specified as carbon steel.

    They look great. I was thinking about picking one up myself.

    Seems the bluing is standard
    Here's the picture (I guess Don's) of a current razor at straightrazordesigns
    (looks like the interpolation of the resizing messed it up a bit, but you can always go take look at the site.
