Very nice grab, I had them on my watch list. I didn't bid because I thought they'd go much higher. I don't think they were commonly noticed, though, as I do pretty thurough searching on eBay about once every two days and they didn't turn up on the typical searches.

No, they didn't. I only found them by typing in "butchers straight razor" and browsing through all the offerings. Whereas most other 7 day sets show up in my regular searches. I usually skip those as they go crazy!

I saw those too & just ignored them on the basis they'd be out of my price range. Right now, whatever you paid, they're out of my price range!

Seems that way. Maybe he dropped the blades. I have no idea.

I just plugged in a number I would pay for individual W&Bs in that condition and not in a set, thinking: "I'll make sure the price goes to X amount just in case." Then I got an email saying I won.

Ya I saw that set and thought the Mon and Thurs looked to have a bit more ware. Never the less, nice grab!!
