Thanked: 156Is Red Imp really that awesome?
LOT (5) VINTAGE STRAIGHT RAZOR RED IMP CLAUSS CROWN - eBay (item 250408611185 end time Apr-23-09 18:27:09 PDT)
That is a very high price, IMO. Am I wrong?

yeah- had a snipe set up on that lot, but it went WAY past where I thought it would. I've seen lots with WB wedges go for half that. Just weird.

Thanked: 156I also thought my snipe would get it. I thought I was crazy for putting in a snipe for that much. Apparently I was wrong!

I also had an eye on that one. It seems the Ludo's are a bit rarer than the Morris or Case Imps, that Clauss is also a very nice blade, and even the other two were good looking. I'm not really surprised that it went that high.

Thanked: 171I didn't see that one and I hate spending so much on a lot personally, but looking at it now, I wouldn't have been surprised if each blade fetched at least $30 shipped on it's own, probably more, so the closing price isn't too unreasonable IMO..
