So you won it, congrats! I wasn't the one who bidded on it, but it was still interesting. If you don't mind, tell us how it turns out!

Oh, for sure. I've got my camera out ready to snap some REAL photos. I'll need help identifying them most likely. Sorta fun guessing at what they are - I feel like one of the architects of the Normandy invasion (i.e. how they calculated the elevation of the beaches from people's old vacation photos, etc.).

Is there anything I should look out for or do before using an old strop?

That's a nice lot for that price. To be honest, even though the razors are nice too, I kinda like that little case for em too. All in all a very nice grab.

Sorry, I don't know anything about reviving old strops. You might want to start a new post about it within the strops section so your question gets some more attention.

Are you going to be sharpening these razors yourself? Or sending a couple out to a honemeister?

I've like this stuff here for vintage strops I've acquired that need some TLC. Good luck with the haul. Looks like you might have some good shavers in that bunch once they are honed up.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
