Default this one has my name on it, what size is it?

Hey gents, doing a perusal I found this

Filarmonica 14 Red Hard Beard Straight Razor Box - eBay (item 230353243862 end time Jul-04-09 11:43:53 PDT)

it has my name on it, almost literally. just wondering what the size was. looks to be a good 7/8+. I hear they're fantastic shavers. I think I may have to stay on this one.

If I'm not mistaken 14s are 7/8 and 13s are 6/8, 12s are 5/8. I may be wrong though, I was wrong once before.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I thought Filarmonica 14 were 8/8... but as I don't own one - yet... cannot say for sure

but beware Red, you might not be alone on this one ;-p

    I think, 14 stands for 14/16, 13 for 13/16 and so on...

That's a beauty. I always think that Filly's are let down by the scales, but that one looks great. He say's it's a round point though? If he think's that's round i'm glad he's not in the wheel making business.

Here, a pic of my #14 Doble Temple.

I read somewhere that some manufactures measured the blade from B point instead A point. Sorry, Couldn't explain this in english so I marked the points in the pic

From B point if would be a 15/16, not a 14/16... quite odd..

They are generally listed as an 8/8th, at least the one I bought was. It should be here any day now (even today) and I'll take a measurement for sure. I'm pretty excited about it

Your namesake, you need to be all over this. Like the rubber fixture, reminds me of a Puma!
