Thread: Another Roasted Duck on ebay

Last year, I had the misfortune of buying a dubl duck that had heat discoloration on the blade. The blade had indeed lost it's temper and is nothing more than a den decoration, as it would not sharpen at all.

is of a current duck on ebay also showing severe heat discoloration. I hope I'm saving someone the expensive lesson I learned.. DO NOT buy a blade that shows heat discoloration like this.
