NOS Filarmonica's attract a premium & are particularly in favour at the moment. That's a smaller blade, so shouldn't get too silly. Not sure what size the 10's are off the top of my head, but a search will throw it up.
If you want a small Filly, consider it, but be prepared for it to attract a few bids.

That seller is a little strange . he is sitting on some Flarmonica Factory. he just sold at least 10 of them. good luck it is worth any penny you spend on it.

That is a 3/8 blade and not ideal for shaving for me anyhow. Maybe for a guy who is working around a full beard. Fillys are a hot item on ebay nowadays. I'm glad I got mine back when they were just north of a hundred bucks for minty copies. Now a NOS 7/8 might go for three to four hundred in some cases.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

the color is what drawed me to it now that you said it does remind me of an old fender I had before it took flight out a second floor window by ex-girlfriend

Fillies are good razors, but can be a pain to set the bevel on. once they're humming they seem do very well indeed. Mine is almost there.
