Good news-It's a Boker. The bad news-it appears to have two vertical cracks through the bevel near the heel of the blade, visible in the magnified view. One large one and one small one. The blade has a frown too, but not as bad as yours will be when you examine the pictures closely. The same thing has happened to me several times...at least you are not out much cash! Maybe you can return it.
