Perhaps that is why the fellow has 24 negative and 15 neutral feedbacks Ebay recently stopped listing total negatives, now listing only those received in the past 12 months. I shudder to think what his total lifetime negative rating would be.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
