Someone here let out that there were some great blades going up on the bay from someone here. I can't remember the guy's name but he uses Warden in his bay handle. Had some great blades (and even a few Fillys). I bid about half of them thinking I might win 3 or 4. It's all over now and I wound up with one of the 7/8 Wackers. Here she is:

Edit: Strange - this closed 20 minutes ago but the listing link doesn't seem to work for me..
Almost had the 7/8 Filly but got sniped at about +5 seconds - I'm not thinking many good thoughts about sniping right now! That was the last Filly I wanted too - now I'll have to go back into battle for another. But the Wacker with horn scales sure looks nice! Can't wait to get the puppy into the lather! So for the week I've now got 4 Fillys and a Wacker inbound. Well I guess technically it's 3 Fillys, a Palmera Vollmer #14, and a Wacker ...and now my wife thinks I should rest :-)Last edited by AirColorado; 09-11-2009 at 11:17 PM.

Well, congrats on the M&W then! Very nice pair for a nice price too it seems! (though my euro perspective is at present reminiscent of pink glasses)

Nice catch Holl! I looked at the pair but realized if I won all I'd bid from that lot that I'd be shelling out way too much at once. I will say that was one very very nice lot of blades! Too bad there's not a sell-off of that quality every week! Once someone decides to part with a bunch of shavers of that caliber it spreads around the pleasure some.
