The kind that gets my goat
I'm assuming that this seller isn't stupid. Rather he is hoping someone who is will believe his description and will buy item # 140345585599 here . "Great shape and he thinks it may have been sharpened.
Guys like this ought to be kicked off of ebay for good. Note that ebay no longer shows negative feedbacks beyond 1 year no matter how many a seller may have in his lifetime. Twenty three negatives and sixteen neutrals this year leave me wondering what you have to do to get kicked off of ebay..... not pay them I guess. Anything else is fine as long as they get their $.Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Second time he's listed it, so there can be no doubt he's dishonest, rather than just thick.
He needs more than just banning from the bay. He should have his plums cut off with the damn thing!

He thinks it will sell better with all caps and blindingly large font. Definitely dishonest.

I sent him a description of its flaws, managing to avoid the word junk.
we'll see if he responds.

I saw this one as well and started to type up a message to him (her?) explaining why the description is fraudulent. Then I decided that more than a few would probably do the same so I didn't bother - but if it shows up again I may throw my two cents into it as well. The blade is absolutely trash but I thought the scales might be useful. But then saw the mashed up bolsters so there was no value in it all all that I could see.
Any time I've offered a little insight about a razor that's being described well outside of any reality, I've gotten one of two responses. Either that they are completely ignorant about what they're selling, or, they actually argue that the 1/4 inch sliver of cracked steel that's coated in active rust is more than enough to get a great shave with (or clean up and display proudly). So I figure that the ignorant ones just decide to stay ignorant as long as people buy their junk, and those that know they're offering junk will continue to do so as long as there are buyers willing to pay for their stuff. I see that as less money available for them to bid on the good blades.
It's entertaining at least!
