    I picked up a beautiful W&B with a barbers notch that was described as a "chip". The photo was such that there could have been a small chip at the very toe (wasn't visible) but what was visible looked pretty good so I bid it but very low - I was still a little concerned. I won it for about $9. It arrived and turns out the barber's notch was the seller's chip. Gotta love ignorance sometimes!
