Default I bumped into this auction host

I certainly hope this is the correct place to put this. I am not trying to promote this company however, it appears that most of this companies auctions are different sellers all located on eBay.

I'm not too sure if this is even useful for you guys and gals. Maybe you all are already familiar with this site.

I'm also unsure how legit the company is since I have not purchased from them or from any of the eBay links. However, the eBay links appear legit.

And, this place appears to be a high roller auction site.

Again, not sure of legitimacy. Just happened to bump into these sites.

Unless I missed it badly, this is one of those stores that sell things on Ebay for people too lazy or computer illiterate to do it themselves. Had one in my area and it lasted almost a year! They don't care much what they sell. I see links to bay auctions for Reynolds and some other decent blades, but also a LOT of stuff in their site by Master USA, Kriegar and most other blades on the "Don't touch with a 10 foot pole" list in the Wiki here.

To be fair, I stumbled across a good auction these guys had up on the bay and they find a good blade to offer now and then. Awaiting arrival now and we'll see if they lied about the "lighting" on the blade that sure looks like a stain or pitting to me. I sure wish this would have been a good original source of nice blades, but it looks like they just sell for others on Ebay, as well as maybe "tag" others' auctions (guessing they get a slice of the sales cost if one they "tag" sells by them - but not sure how that would work.

    AirColorado,

one thing I noticed about the guy linked in my original post is all of the sellers are different. In fact, I saw one that was linked to Max. I have a feeling this guy simply scours eBay looking for straight razors and posts the links on his site. Appears to be nothing more than a nice, cleaned up, organized search tool for razors on the Bay.

On a side note, how are you enjoying the ice here in CO?

It looks like they just list items that meet certain search requirements, and most of them happen to be higher priced razors.

You're better off just searching ebay, and forget that site, unless you are interested in looking at only the "high roller" items.
