    Razors like that come up all the time on Eboy. Probably 1700s or earlier.

    I would imagine it would be more of interest to pure collectors.

    These are actually quite common on ebay and are frequently advertised as revolutionary war artifacts or earlier.Actually,many come from China and are a dime a dozen.I bought one for $12 thinking I had something,then had to get rid of it once I found out how common they were.

    Ouch. Surprising that something that old and in better condition than many more recent razors, despite being in a much more reactive material is so common. But then again, China is a big place.
