If the seller had already shipped it, it's out of their control. I remember ordering from one vendor and it took longer due to holidays. Some vendors even post this on their site. Also one other thing to consider is seller may have had some family emergency. Best of luck

Was that with express shipping? I'm glad I didn't order during holidays from Japan. Two separate occasion took 4 and 5 days respectively
