would that be their extended tang model for people with freakishly fat thumbs?

To be honest I am a little curious to see what it would be to shave with a razor that's been modified like that. But there's no way I would pay $130 for it.

Short razors shave fine. People shave with Kamisori & De's all the time but this price is outright ludicrous.

Agreed. I also find it funny that it's an "ultra rare" razor. How much more rare than rare does a razor need to be to be qualified as "ultra rare"??

wow.... well IMO given the time before the auction ends would give anyone interested on bidding, plenty of time to do some research and make a hopefully wise choice...

The razor has been used, but it preserved a perfect condition for his age.

    LOL !!!

It's ultra rare that it wasn't put where it belongs... In the trash

    Apparently "ultra rare" means knackered.

I guess it is rare to see a broken razor selling for in excess of $100...

Oh dear, what a mess.. Crown & Swords are nice shavers as well but that one would only get the job half done.

Honed one up for a customer after we got talking about straights, was in very nice condition. Tried it before taking it back to him and was impressed.
