My help.
I may be not correct 100% but i am sure i am at least 95% correct.
Misleading item on ebay.
VINTAGE NORTON RAZOR HONE - eBay (item 270531970289 end time Feb-22-10 08:02:36 PST)
says razor hone not really.
Antique Razor Hone - eBay (item 190373665789 end time Feb-21-10 17:45:00 PST)
This one even answered my question.

Last one is confusing. I am not sure about it . i assume he is SRP MEMBER. i AKSED for more pictures.
