    Default Nice Ebay Score.

After telling myself I wasn't going to buy any more razors until I got the ones I have now restored/honed, I came across this lot

    Here
    it is.

IMO this was almost a perfect ebay purchase. Lots of pictures and good descriptions of all of the razors.

Since I got a scroll saw and sander, I'm debating whether I should rescale all of them or just a couple...

If those are original scales (which they appear to be) there is no reason to rescale them... PLEASE for the sake of their original condition don't rescale them...

Nice Haul for the price. They all look to be in remarkably good condition.

    Good score, congrats!

I must admit, I wouldnt rescale them unless there was a need to, just in order to preserve the originality of the razor. But if you prefer to rescale, then you have to post some pics..!

The thing is, I was looking for blades that had junk broken scales so I could rescale them.

I probably won't rescale more than 2, and if the scales are in good enough shape, I might transfer them to a different razor. We shall see when they arrive.

But putting old scales on a different razor leaves 4 in not-original condition.

Again, it's totally up to you.... but you got a GREAT lot of original condition razors there, and I'd be loathe to mess with that status... You want razors for rescaling, they're out there in droves... those are not prime candidates, however...

Very true... now that I think about it... I'll just hone em' up and shave with them. No point in fixing what isn't broken.
