Jim,I did not actually bid against you,I use a bid snipping service.I enter the amount I want to pay on an item as soon as they are listed, then the bidding service bids for me at the last 6 seconds of the auction,I never know whos bidding,or what it went for until its over and they email me I usually buy 10-20 razors a week so can't really keep track.I have an lot of W&B razors though so if you want this one I will let you have it for what I paid for it.I always do that for the SRP guys so email me with the item number and i'll sell it to you when it gets here. The only extra it will cost you is the 4.50 for the postage from the vendor to me.By the way if you like the Wade and Butcher Celebrated For Barbers Use(the huge meat choppers) I have alot of them, and I also have three of them that are like new,and a couple that Ross Reground and are as good as new,and look like it.Also have a bunch of W&B Heavy wedges in excellent cond Then a mixture of assorted W&B with custom scales All of these razors are shave ready.Let me know and I'll send you pictures of anything you might be interested in Best Regards Gary

Mine's ilija20... Which means I got it 6 years ago. A buddy set up my ebay account when it was still a new thing and suggested that as a very neutral nick, that makes it easy to establish trust early on. I haven't bothered with changing it lol.

By the way, how often does the list get updated?

I would've updated the file a while ago, but for some reason when I try to upload a file, it now says I'm not authorized. Bill (Str3razor) was the last to upload this file. Bill, I've updated my word file and it's ready to go. Do you want me to pm you and you can upload it?

Hope this gets done quickly. An SRP member is bidding against me on a razor that I REALLY want... Not his fault if he still has the old list, but it's still inconvenient, especially since I wanted that one as my main shaver.

Thanks for the tip but I dont like to do it when I'm present at the end of the auction. Initially I put on a minor bid to mark my territory but since my name isn't on the list, there was no way for the other guy to know. In any case I still have a chance to pick it up. I'll keep you guys posted in any case.
