Very nice razor, at a very nice price! The thumb notches on the Heljestrands are so graceful. And those scales are ivory.

Nice catch. I never met a Helje I didn't get a great shave out of. One of the finest shavers made but keep it to yourself. Don't want to drive demand up.

Great score! Heljestrand's are some of the lightest razors I've used, but the steel is in another class. If they weren't so damn sharp the weight would be a problem I think, but the edge they take and keep make shaving fun. Regardless of the smaller size, I think you'll get a kick out of using it.

Wow, ivory, it said bone in the ad, I guess I got it cheap then. And yes I will keep it myself and use it when and if I can get an edge on it.
