    Who knows what he is thinking, if nobody wanted it for 99cents, why not list it for 900$ and see what happens, sometimes people wont buy something undervalued for whatever reason, but then when you up the price people get interested, happens all the time.

    You can report that seller to ebay as well for this type of action. If they are found to do this repeatedly they will lose the ability to sell on ebay.

    Actually there was one bid after his 99c opening, but the seller decided to end the auction early and as for $900 instead of waiting for other bids to increase that 99c further.
