In good shape, but . . . . . .
This seller has four wrecks listed in their auctions. They are all "great" razors . . . . . except for some "minor" inconvenient detail. Can the seller really be that clueless?!? And I guess the excessive hone wear is a moot point anyway.
The razor is in good shape, but does have a chip missing from the blade.

Nothing wrong with that razor, it's simply been overhoned, notice how the honewear on the toe end of the spine matches exactly the honewear on the heel of the blade! It's all good!

Oh wow... I can't help but feel caught between a rock and a hard place here:
On the one hand, I do not want to believe the seller is a nasty lying sort of person.
On the other hand, I want to believe that humans are inherently smarter than to think there is anything about that razor in 'good shape.'

I don't see any problem with the description. Everything is "good" except for the chip. I'm not sure I'd call that a "chip," but it's a subjective thing. It's not as if he's hiding anything in the photo.

That is really going to make a chipped-blades-only-please collector very happy
