Default Other opinions of this razor.

I was looking at the Bay today and saw this razor posted. It is being posted as a "buy it now" razor. The price is $99.99. Now there are others with more experience than i and i was wondering if this wasn't just a used razor but a used up razor. Is there something that i am missing that makes this razor $99.99?

Well in my not too expert opinion, its a pretty antique, however, it does seem worn the balde appears chipped badly at the heel and you'd need to loose a lot of metal to even it out, the name I'm not a knowing of, but I've bought razors in better condition for much less, so pretty to peep at but I wouldn't buy it as a restore project.

Mt knowledge is limited so heed with that in mind.

You're not missing anything. This is simply one of many sellers who figure if they list everything high someone will think they are selling good stuff. Wine sales can work the same way.

I think it's a typo - must have meant to type 99 cents...

The only way I'd pay $99.00 for that was if the spine was studded with real diamonds.

    That's trash.

If you want to know what a razor that has no value to collectors or users looks like , that's it .

I am amazed that it is even listed on Ebay. I would be ashamed to have that razor associated with my name.
