    Default Dubl Duck Shrimp? Who knew?

    Just ran across this auction for a Dubl Duck "Shrimp" model.Thought I'd heard of all the models in their line but this one was new to me.

    Vintage Straight Razor: Solingen DUBL DUCK - 5/8" - eBay (item 290451490432 end time Jul-10-10 09:28:51 PDT)

    I did!

    Basically, the company decided they wanted something more insulting than Dwarf.

    Didn't Dubl Duck also make a Black Diamond? (Of course, lots of other companies did as well.)

    As I recall the shrimp pre dated the Dwarf and really are the same idea just different name and scales.

    DD made many many different models. Every time I think I've heard of them all another new one pops up.
