Thread: New $72 (USD) custom 7 day straight set on ebay... yeah right!

This new 7 day straight set looks nice and has a marketing nice angle as a gift you can have engraved for a special occaision, but the quality is probably that good old cheapo stuff that doesn't take an edge...

What do you think?

i wouldn't go anywhere it. To put that into context: on another forum a member is offering a 7 day set for UK350 and sadly I can't justify paying that right now though I thought that was a bargain.

Now that set for 350UK/550US looks genuinely like a set I would love to have, but is cost prohibitive for me at this time and probably not justifiable until I become more skilled in the shaving arts

Well, I could take one for the team and just keep the case. I must admit that the idea of the engraved case sounds better than the hyped quality of the blades themselves

this kind of thing is not designed for the seller to lose money on. I hear SRP's own oldblades makes some nice razor cases if that is what you're after

It is to good to be true. There is just know way they could be any good at all.Titanium for that price I think not. Leave this one alone who knows maybe it's Pakistani Titanium--:-)
